What is the role of the ACTIA powersensor keyboard?
The control keypad from ACTIA is fitted on CASE wheel-track excavators type 688, 788, 888, 988, 1088, 1188, 1288 . Its role is to control the amount of energy and power used by the machine, using buttons. In particular, it controls acceleration and power mode. The control panel serves as the engine controller for CASE excavators.
What are the recurring problems with your CASE POCLAIN keyboard?
The control panel may be experiencing electronic problems. One major malfunction is a problem starting the machine. If your excavator won’t start, the control panel may be the source of the problem. Another common problem is wear and tear on the buttons and front panel. Button failure causes control problems on the shovel’s functions. Your control panel will then be totally or partially unable to control the CASE machine, rendering the public works machine unusable or ineffective. In fact, despite the use of your damaged control panel, most parts of your machine will be out of action.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
