What is an E-BOX 2 transformer for Reich recreational vehicles?

REICH’s E-BOX 2 transformer supplies power to appliances in the motorhome that require it, such as the refrigerator or TV. It also acts as a charger for the cell battery and monitors its voltage. It electrically separates the starter and cell batteries when the engine is not running, to prevent appliances from discharging the starter battery. It can be COMPACT, for larger motorhomes, or BASIC, for smaller motorhomes. The BASIC has fewer functions than the COMPACT, but the two can be interchanged.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
