Based in the Nantes region, our experts repair electronic parts for professionals and private customers in a wide range of sectors: leisure vehicles, public works machinery, handling equipment, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning systems, medical equipment, heavy goods vehicles...
We respond to the needs of our customers who experience a breakdown or malfunction on one of their electronic components: remote control, calculator, counter, screen, motherboard...
The team :
Our team is made up of seven electronics enthusiasts whose job it is to repair electronic units and troubleshoot new faults. They are backed up by a sales and administrative team, who are the first point of contact for our customers.
Repturn' s business is booming, which is why we need you to contribute to our development.
Your missions
Your role within our team will be to :
- Handle the company's physical and telephone reception, as well as mailbox management
- Identify customer needs and provide a first-level response
- Validate customer service requests and issue pick-up orders.
- Follow-up on current intervention requests
- Receive and register boxes
- Ship products once they have been repaired
Your profile
With a background in customer relations, you also have a curiosity for the technical aspects of products.
You enjoy working in a team and over the phone, seeking out customer contact and helping them find solutions to the difficulties they encounter.

Your role within our team will be to :
Contract: Open-ended one-year fixed-term contract, to be filled in early May.
Opening hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday

Location: On-site, in Couëron, 5 km from Nantes in the Loire-Atlantique region.
