Based in the Nantes region, our experts repair electronic parts for professionals and private customers in a wide range of sectors: leisure vehicles, public works machinery, handling equipment, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning systems, medical equipment, heavy goods vehicles...
We respond to the needs of our customers who experience a breakdown or malfunction on one of their electronic components: remote control, calculator, counter, screen, motherboard...
The team: Our team is made up of ten electronics enthusiasts, whose job it is to repair electronic units and troubleshoot new faults. They are backed up by a sales and administrative team, who are the first point of contact for our customers.
Repturn' s business is booming, which is why we need you to contribute to our development.
Your missions
Your role within our team will be to :
- Manage activity: set objectives, human and material resources, supervise repairs and monitor indicators.
- Leading and developing teams
- Manage customer relations: support for technicians, claims management
- Manage inventory and supplies: supervise levels, place and receive orders
- Participate in the company's development: implement management tools, optimize operations
Your profile
With a background in electronics, you have at least one year's experience as a manager in a technical workshop.
You have already worked in a lean management environment and are able to apply it on the shop floor.
As an experienced manager, you are also a good communicator, able to lead your team and listen to their needs. You enjoy finding solutions to the problems you encounter.
Job information:
- Contract: Open-ended contract, to be filled as soon as possible.
- Status : Supervisor
- Approximate opening hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

- Location: On-site, in Couëron, 5 km from Nantes in the Loire-Atlantique region.
