The control panel designed by SAPSE for the BENIMAR brand offers a centralized interface for checking and controlling all the essential functions of the Benimar brand motorhome, including water, lighting, battery and tanks. The device ensures efficient and convenient equipment management, guaranteeing a smooth and comfortable travel experience.

What are the most common control screen faults?
The control panel may experience malfunctions, including battery charging problems and faults on the 12V electrical outputs. These problems can cause inconvenience during use, by limiting the available power supply or compromising proper battery recharging.
How do I repair a control screen?

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
