What is a BO-145 electronic heating board?
The B0-145 electronic board from TRUMA is used in heating systems for motorhomes. This motherboard is responsible for optimal management and control of the recreational vehicle’s heating functions.
What are the most common faults on a BO-145 heating motherboard?
On this type of motherboard, certain faults can occur, such as total system failure, rendering the heater inoperative, and piezo problems. Piezo problems refer to faults or abnormal behavior in piezoelectric sensors, which convert pressure or mechanical deformation into an electrical signal. These sensors can encounter a variety of problems, such as failures due to design, installation or extreme environmental conditions, which alter their performance. Incorrect calibration can also lead to inaccurate measurements, while the signal can saturate, exceeding the system’s measuring range. In addition, the polarization effect can affect their properties after prolonged exposure to an electric field.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
