CSV403 transformer repair
What is a transformer?
The CSV403 transformer from SCHAUDT is specially designed to manage your caravan’s power supply. It provides a 12V voltage, ideal for powering appliances requiring this voltage, such as refrigerators, televisions and similar equipment. This model does not include a built-in battery charger, making it particularly suitable for those who already have an independent charging system. It is compatible with caravans of all makes, and works perfectly with SCHAUDT control panels.
What are the most common faults encountered on a power pack adapter?
Frequent transformer failures are mainly charging problems: the adapter no longer charges the batteries at all, preventing your customers from accessing the caravan’s comfort functions (heating, lighting, cooking…).
How do I repair a transformer?
If you have a fault with your EBL CSV403, it’s important to have it repaired quickly by a professional.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
