Schaudt electrical block repair
What is a Schaudt power plant?
The EBL102 electrobloc from SCHAUDT is a centralized electrical management system designed for motorhomes, vans and camper vans of all makes. It supplies power to essential vehicle equipment such as refrigerators, televisions and other electrical appliances. In addition to its power supply function, the EBL102 integrates a battery charger compatible with lead-acid and lead-gel batteries, guaranteeing safe, efficient charging. The device also features sophisticated control and monitoring modules, including battery condition monitoring.
A version with overvoltage protection (OVP) is available, offering additional security against voltage peaks. The EBL102 is fully compatible with SCHAUDT control panels, enabling seamless integration and optimized management of the vehicle’s electrical systems.
What are the most common breakdowns on an electrical block?
Charging problems in a motorhome can lead to a loss of electrical autonomy, often caused by a faulty charger, poor connection or worn-out batteries. A faulty voltage regulator can also cause overcharging or undercharging, resulting in batteries that discharge rapidly or fail to recharge properly. Coupling problems concern the synchronization of the various energy sources (alternator, 230V grid, solar panels) with the electrical management system. A malfunction can lead to poor power distribution or an inability to use several sources simultaneously. Failures of 12V electrical outputs result in the absence of power for devices operating at this voltage, often caused by a blown fuse, faulty relay or wiring problem.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
