What is an IT 20-2 control panel?

The IT 20-2 control panel, developed by SCHAUDT, is specifically designed to monitor and control the electrical functions in the living area of a DETHLEFFS motorhome. It offers precise monitoring of values such as voltage, battery current and water tank levels (plastic tanks only). Equipped with tank sensors for precise water level measurement and an outdoor temperature sensor, it provides reliable monitoring of environmental conditions. This panel is closely linked to an electrical block incorporating a charging module, complete 12V distribution and protection devices to guarantee the safety of the various electrical circuits. This integration guarantees complete and secure electrical control, providing a reliable and comfortable motorhome experience.

The IT 20-2 control panel may present faults such as problems with the indicator needles or faults affecting the control keys. These faults can lead to difficulties in accurately reading the information displayed, or in interacting with the system. For example, faulty needles can give incorrect readings, which can mislead the user about the levels or parameters being monitored. Similarly, key failures can make it difficult, if not impossible, to use certain functions. To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
