What is an MCT300N remote control?
The MCT300N remote control from MAEDA controls the entire MC285-2 mini breakaway crane. This remote control is wired to the crane, so it can be operated remotely. MAEDA’s MCT300N remote control unit provides remote control, precision and safety for mini cranes and lifting equipment. It offers wireless control of lifting, travel and rotation functions, enabling the operator to work remotely with optimum visibility of the load. Ergonomic buttons and levers ensure simple, intuitive operation. Its secure, interference-free connection guarantees stable, reliable transmission, even in complex environments. Robust and durable, the MCT300N is designed to operate in extreme conditions, helping to reduce risks and improve productivity on worksites.
Common faults on an MCT300N remote control
As with any electronic part, faults can occur. The most frequent faults encountered with this control module are mainly antenna control problems.
How do I repair an MCT300N control panel?
If your MCT300N remote control breaks down, we’ve got the solution! Have your MCT300N remote control repaired by our team of electronics technicians. By choosing to repair your part, you avoid throwing it away and buying an expensive new part, the production of which will be harmful to the environment. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss repair solutions for your electronic equipment.
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
