What is the role of the ISECO display and its electronic module?
The ISECO display and electronic board mounted on meal carts indicates the temperature of heating and refrigerating cabinets. This electronic board provides users with precise temperature control, guaranteeing the freshness, heat and food safety of meals during transport and service.
Common ISECO display module faults
The display or electronic module may be subject to failure. One of the most frequent failures is a total failure of the element. This may be due to the malfunction of one or more electronic components. Failure of the display module means that the cart becomes unusable, as its users can no longer control its temperature.

Has your ISECO electronic board mounted on your food carts broken down? We can take care of your equipment as quickly as possible. Our ISECO electronic board repair process consists of four steps:
In the event of a fault on your ISECO electronic board mounted on food carts, call on our specialized repair experts to get your appliance back in working order.
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
