Repairing the NSA 1.10 node
What is the purpose of the NSA 1.10 water pump and probe node?
The NSA 1.10 node is a device that isolates and protects your motorhome’s water supply line. It connects, on the one hand, an electrical block responsible for distributing electrical power to the system’s various modules; and on the other, the vehicle’s water pump, dirty water tank and clean water tank sensors. It is most often fitted to an Arsilicii system and connected to a PowerHub. The NSA 1.10 node isolates the water supply line from the pump, thus protecting the pump in the event of a problem on the line. Indeed, if the water supply line is damaged, the pump may be damaged or even destroyed. The NSA 1.10 node prevents this risk by isolating the pump from the line. The NSA 1.10 node features sensors that measure water levels in clean water and wastewater recovery tanks. This information can be used to monitor the status of the water supply. If the water level in a tank is too low, the NSA 1.10 node can send a signal to the control panel to indicate the problem.

The main fault of the NSA 1.10 node is usually a total failure. Indeed, if the NSA 1.10 node fails, the motorhome’s water supply is cut off. When this failure occurs, it is quickly noticed by a problem with the water pump, which no longer switches on.

If your NSA 1.10 node fails, we’ve got the solution! Our electronics technicians check and test your motorhome’s entire electrical system. How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
