Part description and references
This tool not only diagnoses faults quickly, but also allows you to view faults, view and modify configured data and other functions. It comes with JCB Service Master software, a database of all the vehicles the tool can diagnose.
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: If you are a professional, we can arrange for your part to be collected directly from your premises and returned to you for the price of €XX excluding VAT. If you are a private customer, you can send your part to our repair workshop after making your online request.
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: You receive a refurbished part with a 1-year warranty from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new parts and services required to ensure it works properly. In certain cases, we can offer you a warranty extension from 6 to 12 months (see “Options available for this part”).
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 48 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an urgent repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your equipment is taken care of in our workshops within 24 hours (see “Options available for this part”).
