The VADERSTAD control console is compatible with VADERSTAD seed drills. It is the electronic computer that orchestrates the precision and efficiency of your RAPID, SPIRIT or TEMPO station. Designed to provide advanced management of seeding operations, this control panel is at the heart of your farm equipment’s performance.
However, even the most sophisticated systems can experience electronic failures. If your control box is showing signs of faults, such as sudden interruptions, display malfunctions or other problems, it’s vital to carry out a diagnostic on your equipment.

Troubleshooting a VADERSTAD control console

Are you experiencing a malfunction on your part? The most common fault with this equipment is a screen problem: the screen may show colored lines masking part of the original image. These problems lead to problems using the control module. Our repair process begins with a thorough diagnosis, where we identify precisely the underlying causes of the problems encountered by your console. To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
