What is the role of the electronic board in the ISECO distribution cart?

The ISECO electronic board mounted on food carts ensures that meals are kept at the right temperature. This electronic board ensures precise temperature control by communicating with the hot and cold systems in the cabinets. It thus guarantees the freshness, heat and food safety of meals during transport and service.

Common faults on the ISECO electronic board

The electronic module of the ISECO cart may be subject to failure. One of the most frequent failures is a total board failure: this may be due to the malfunction of one or more electronic components. This causes problems with the temperature of the cart, which no longer heats or cools food.

The repair process for your ISECO electronic board

Has your ISECO electronic board mounted on your food carts broken down? We can take care of your equipment as quickly as possible. Our ISECO electronic board repair process consists of four steps:

Diagnosis: our electronics technicians use test benches to identify the cause of the fault on your part.

Repair: we replace defective electronic components.

Preventive maintenance: we carry out a thorough check of the electronic board to prevent future failures.

Aesthetic renovation: we renovate the aesthetic appearance of your equipment, if required.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
