What is an LT13 control panel?

The LT 13 control panel from SCHAUDT is designed to supervise the electrical functions of motorhomes, vans and camper vans of all makes. Compatible with the Electrobloc EBL 630, it measures voltage, battery current and water level using dedicated sensors. Integrated into a complete electrical block, including charging module, 12V distribution and protection devices, this panel offers a versatile, high-performance solution. Compatibility with the EBL 630 control unit enhances its efficiency for optimum vehicle electrical management.

What are the most common control panel faults?

Display problems and communication failures can be caused by a variety of factors, such as hardware faults, electronic malfunctions, connectivity problems, or adverse environmental conditions. These situations can contribute to temporary or permanent malfunctions in control panel operation.

How do I repair a control screen?

If your LT13 control panel is experiencing a problem or breakdown, we have the solution! Entrust its repair to our team of electronics technicians. How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
