What is an LT51 control panel?

The LT51 control panel from SCHAUDT controls the electrical functions of a motorhome. The control panel precisely measures battery voltage and current, and monitors water tank levels. Equipped with specific tank sensors, it ensures precise water level measurement. This panel is essentially connected to an integrated electrical block, comprising a charging module, complete 12V distribution and built-in protection to ensure the safety of electrical circuits. Its compatibility with the EBL 211 control unit makes it the ideal choice for optimum electrical management in motorhomes.

What are the most common control panel faults?

The LT51 control panel may present various problems, including communication faults and display anomalies. These problems can have two potential causes: connection problems and hardware failures. Communication failures are often due to faulty connections. Hardware failures, on the other hand, can result from faulty internal components, which may be due to normal wear and tear, physical damage or manufacturing defects.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
