The POW-CM5B-C electronic board is the main board mounted on the external compressors of SANYO or AIRWELL heat pumps or air conditioners. This motherboard controls the entire module. It helps regulate your heat pump/air conditioner system, ensuring optimum thermal comfort generated by the Sanyo or Airwell indoor module.

The POW-CM5B-C electronic board may be subject to malfunctions. One of the most frequent malfunctions is power failure to the air compressor. When the board’s electrical system fails, the heat pump’s outdoor module no longer functions, generating an air-conditioning problem on the indoor module.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by e-mail. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops).
