The POW-KDMRV3 electronic board is the main board mounted on the external compressors of SANYO or AIRWELL heat pumps or air conditioners. This motherboard controls the entire module. It helps regulate your heat pump/air conditioner system, ensuring optimum thermal comfort generated by the Sanyo or Airwell indoor module.

The POW-KDMRV3 electronic board may be subject to malfunctions. One of the most frequent faults is the failure of the air compressor power supply. When the board’s electrical system fails, the heat pump’s outdoor module no longer functions, generating an air-conditioning problem on the indoor module.

You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
