What is the role of a HARN1002 car radio in a Renault Master motorhome?

The HARN1002 car radio from HUMAX AUTOMOTIVE is an on-board electronic unit for Renault Master motorhomes. It features a usb port for MP3 playback and an auxiliary port. You can also connect your cell phone to the car radio via Bluetooth, and take calls hands-free. Last but not least, you can listen to the FM/AM radio.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by e-mail. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an urgent repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part is taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
