The LEVEL PRO control panel controls all the functions of a WIRTGEN tandem roller. The control panel ensures centralized control, precision and automated management of leveling operations. It can be used to set, monitor and adjust the height and inclination levels of site equipment. Featuring an intuitive display and ergonomic buttons, it provides real-time visualization of system parameters and alerts. Its automatic levelling technology guarantees millimetric precision, reducing human error. Robust and resistant, it is designed to operate in extreme conditions, ensuring reliable, continuous performance on worksites.

What are the most common faults on a Level Pro plus control panel?

The PANEL LEVEL PRO PLUS control panel may be subject to certain faults. Common problems include a faulty panel display, which can manifest itself in various ways: black screen, unreadable display or lack of tactile response. This problem may be caused by a power supply failure (blown fuse, worn cables), wear and tear on internal electronic components due to vibration or humidity, or poor maintenance.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
