Control panel repair

What is an IT268 control panel?

The IT 268 control panel from SCHAUDT controls the essential electrical functions of a motorhome, van or camper van. It measures voltage, battery current and water level, and is connected to an electrical block comprising a charging module and 12V distribution. This panel is compatible with the EBL 264 control unit.

What are the most common control panel faults?

You may encounter problems with this control panel, such as water probe malfunctions, which can be caused by a variety of factors. These may include manufacturing defects, electronic malfunctions, faulty connections, normal wear and tear or physical damage.

How do I repair a control screen?

If your IT268 control panel has a problem, we’ve got the solution! Entrust its repair to our team of electronics technicians. By choosing to repair your part, you avoid throwing it away and buying an expensive new part, the production of which will be harmful to the environment.

Our repair services involve taking charge of your electronic box directly in our workshops. How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
