What is a CP PLUS control panel?

The CP PLUS control panel for TRUMA heaters offers an advanced interface for managing and supervising heating system controls. Thanks to this device, you can easily set the water and room temperature, as well as select the desired energy type. This feature enables precise, personalized heating control, ensuring optimum comfort in your living space.

Common control panel faults

Malfunctions frequently encountered on this CP PLUS control panel are mainly associated with display faults or loss of display functionality, often caused by a battery boost. Communication problems are also encountered.

How do I repair a CP PLUS control panel?

Having problems with your CP PLUS control panel? Don’t worry! Entrust its repair to our team of electronics technicians. Opting for repair rather than replacement not only saves you money, but also reduces your environmental impact by avoiding the production of electronic waste.

Our repair services include taking direct charge of your electronic box in our workshops. Our technicians diagnose your panel’s functions, repair faulty elements and provide preventive maintenance on damaged or worn components. We offer a one-year warranty on parts for caravans, motorhomes, vans and box vans.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new “service request” and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
