Based in the Nantes region, our experts repair electronic parts for professionals and private customers in a wide range of sectors: leisure vehicles, public works machinery, handling equipment, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning systems, medical equipment, heavy goods vehicles...
We respond to the needs of our customers who experience a breakdown or malfunction on one of their electronic components: remote control, calculator, counter, screen, motherboard...
The team: Our team is made up of ten electronics enthusiasts, whose job it is to repair electronic units and troubleshoot new faults. They are backed up by a sales and administrative team, who are the first point of contact for our customers.
Repturn' s business is booming, which is why we need you to contribute to our development.
Your missions
Your role within our team will be to :
- Telephone prospecting and customer qualification
- Presentation of the company and our repair offer
- Mailing of sales brochures and associated follow-up
- Supporting customers from account creation to placing their first orders
- Follow-up on your actions and follow-up with prospects
Depending on your location, this position can be filled in person at our Couëron office or in the home office, with monthly on-site travel.
Your profile
Coming from a sales-oriented background, you also have a curiosity for the technical aspect of products.
You're looking for a new challenge in which to put to good use the skills acquired in your previous experience, ideally with a BtoB audience in a technical environment. Initial experience in the automotive and/or leisure vehicle sector would be a plus.
You are a self-starter with excellent listening and communication skills. You are ready to support the company's development into new markets.
You speak fluent professional German, and are ideally also at ease in Spanish.
Job information:
- Contract: Six-month open-ended fixed-term contract, to be filled as soon as possible.
- Status : Employee
- Approximate opening hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

- Location: On-site, in Couëron, 5 km from Nantes in the Loire-Atlantique region, or in the home office
