What is Nordelettronica’s 4-pin wiring harness used for?
This harness is ideal for continuity testing or replacing a damaged cable. A motorhome electrical cable connects two or more electronic components of an electrical system in the vehicle. It usually runs from the control unit or electrical block to a control panel, household appliance or cabin equipment. In the case of Nordelettronica’s 12V harness, the connectors link the power pack with the motorhome’s control panel. This 4-way adapter distributes 12V power between the two components. This cable model measures 6 meters.
Problems you may encounter with a Nordelettronica cable :
Electrical wiring harnesses on motorhomes, caravans, vans and vans can become damaged over time. They may be oxidized, broken or, in some cases, cracked. A damaged electrical cable or broken connector can generate a false contact on your electrical equipment. This means that one of the two pieces of equipment is no longer working, as electricity is no longer passing between the control unit and the control panel. If a connector pin or stud is bent or damaged, this can result in poor contact, as the connector is loose.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return for mainland France and Corsica (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44). For countries in the euro zone, outside France, the cost is €46 (excl. VAT) return. For countries outside the euro zone, transport costs will be quoted on request.
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
