What is an AES 3 refrigerator circuit board?
The AES electronic fridge card from DOMETIC / ELECTROLUX has been designed to be integrated into certain motorhome or caravan refrigerators, such as those from Thetford. This technology enables the refrigerator to automatically select the best available energy source from among 12V, 230V and gas. This optimizes the fridge’s operation according to the situation.

Like any electronic module, the AES 3 refrigerator motherboard can be subject to various malfunctions. One of the most frequent problems is a total failure, resulting in the shutdown or malfunction of the connected part. There may also be a temperature fault, linked to the appliance’s thermostat, which can no longer regulate the temperature as usual. The AES board receives information on the state of the flame to determine whether the gas is lit or not. If the sensor is faulty, the card could switch to another source incorrectly.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
