The BCM CITROEN, FIAT and PEUGEOT is part of the family of cockpit enclosures. It controls the various functions related to the vehicle’s interior and exterior. It most often manages the car’s door centralization, lighting systems, electric windows, windshield wipers and, in some cases, the horn or dashboard display. Depending on the automaker, it may go by several names: BCM (Body Control Module), BSI (Boîtier de Servitude Intelligent), FRM (Footwell Module), UCH (unité de commande habitacle), Boîtier de confort, Boîtier réseau de bord, SAM (Signal Acquisition and Actuation Module), JBE (junction box electronics) or LCM (Light Control Module). Each control unit is designed according to the vehicle’s electronic system, and communicates with the car’s other Control units to collect and distribute data on speed, brightness, locking and ignition. It is usually part of the vehicle’s starter loop, and is used to manage anti-theft systems such as the security alarm. Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
