What is an EL300 control panel?

The control panel, designed by THETFORD for the N3000 absorption refrigerator for motorhomes, manages all the appliance’s functions. It offers simple, effective control to turn the fridge on or off, adjust the temperature, and select the energy source to be used, whether electricity or gas. This model is also compatible with the NORCOLD N3000 refrigerator.

Common EL300 control panel faults

Key malfunctions manifest themselves as unresponsive buttons, preventing the use of refrigerator functions. This problem may be due to contact wear, dust accumulation or an electronic fault. Depending on the severity of the problem, a simple cleaning may suffice, but it may be necessary to replace the panel.

As for display problems, they result in the screen going blank, incorrect information or random flashing. These failures are often due to faulty connections or internal faults. If a reset does not solve the problem, replacement of the screen or panel may be necessary.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
