What is an EC451 control panel?

The EC451 Control Module by SARGENT has been designed to supervise the electrical functions of a motorhome’s living space, and measure various values such as voltage, battery current and water tank level (plastic only). It is equipped with tank sensors to measure water level and a probe for outside and inside temperature. It must be connected to an electrical block containing a charging module, complete 12V distribution and protection devices for the various electrical circuits.

Common control panel faults

As with all electronic parts, faults can occur. The most frequent faults encountered with this control module are mainly problems with the 12 V electrical outputs.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
