The R-link 1 screen from Tomtom is an on-board electronic device fitted to Renault Trafic motorhomes. It’s a resistive touch screen with USB and Jack sockets. It lets you connect your smartphone to listen to your music on the car radio. It also lets you view photos and videos from your cell phone.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return for mainland France and Corsica (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44). For countries in the euro zone, outside France, the cost is €46 (excl. VAT) return. For countries outside the euro zone, transport costs will be quoted on request.
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
