What is an EL345 electronic board?

The EL345 electronic board in a TOPTRON power pack is an essential component in the power pack of a HOBBY motorhome or caravan. It handles the vehicle’s electrical management, distributing 12V power to various appliances such as the fridge or TV. Are you experiencing a fault on an EL345 circuit board? Here are the most frequently encountered faults:

Common faults on your EL345 electronic board

Light output failure : the card can no longer switch on the motorhome’s spotlights. This can be caused by a wiring fault, a soldering problem or an electronic component failure.

    To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.


    Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).


    Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.


    Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
