What is the role of the control box?

The ELSI control display is fitted to AXIMUM and sirius signaling units. Its role is to control and command the light signal arm and needle.

What are the recurring faults on your control box?

The control panel may be experiencing electronic problems. One of the major malfunctions is the failure of the touch screen, making communication impossible.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
