What is a 12VDC/230VAC comb-E1500 EZA charger-converter?
The Combi E1500 power pack from EZA integrates a 12V to 230V sine wave converter and a high-power 12V / 40A battery charger in a single unit. This Combi E1500 model is particularly useful for your motorhome, caravan or van, to power equipment requiring high voltage, such as fridges, air conditioners and other household appliances and equipment. Its transformer function converts the power generated by your energy source (vehicle engine or solar panel, for example) from 12V to 230V with output differential. It also features a standby mode that stops powering up if no device is using 230V. Its battery charging function is also remarkable for its power: 40A (level adjustable according to your battery capacity). Switching between these two modes is fully automatic and requires no user intervention. It is compatible with lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid starter batteries, lead-gel batteries and absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries.

By choosing to repair your part, you avoid throwing it away and buying an expensive new part, the production of which will be harmful to the environment.
Our repair services involve taking charge of your electronic box directly in our workshops. Our technicians will carry out a complete diagnosis of your part’s functions, carry out functional repairs on faulty components, and perform preventive maintenance on damaged or worn components. Our services come with a 1-year warranty on caravan, motorhome, van and van parts.

Repairing your EZA energy transformer
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
