What is the role of the Toyota 7FBEST control panel for Toyota forklifts?

The 7FBEST control panel is a central electronic control panel for Toyota machines. This range of electric counterbalanced forklifts can handle pallets and loads of up to 1300 kg indoors. Equipped with 5 remote joysticks, this panel with buttons and display integrates with the joysticks the truck’s main controls, such as fork control, lift/lower and forward/reverse.

Possible vehicles: this control panel is mounted on Toyota 7F-BEST forklift trucks such as the 7-FBEST-10, 7-FBEST-13 or 7-FBEST-15.

What are the recurring faults with the 7FBEST control panel?

Your vehicle’s dashboard is not immune to electronic faults. The most common faults are display failures: the display no longer seems to work, and the information becomes illegible. It’s also possible to find

    To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.


    Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).


    Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.


    Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
