Jumbo 7200 wagon ECU repair
Understanding how a Jumbo 7200 loader computer works
The Pöttinger Jumbo 7200 self-loader ECU, an essential component designed for Pottinger brand self-loaders and trailers, is at the heart of the optimal performance of this equipment. As the centerpiece of the electronic system, this ECU ensures the smooth operation of the Jumbo 7200 by regulating various crucial functions, such as loading, unloading and overall process coordination. It is responsible for managing numerous components, including the engine, transmission, PTO and cab.
Recognizing a fault on a Jumbo 7200 loader ECU
Even with a robust design, the ECU can be subject to breakdowns and faults over time, impacting on the performance of the loader. Symptoms of ECU failure can include: a stalled engine, a transmission that won’t shift gears, a PTO that doesn’t work, problems in the cab, such as display or control problems. One of the most common ECU failures is a power supply failure: your ECU may overheat or malfunction.
Repairing a Jumbo 7200 loader computer
Are you experiencing technical problems with your Jumbo 7200 autoloader ECU? We can repair your part as quickly as possible, enabling you to get your ECU up and running again as quickly as possible.
The repair process begins with a careful diagnosis of the problem, followed by the replacement of defective components. Once this stage has been completed, we carry out in-depth tests to ensure that the part is working properly, and apply preventive maintenance measures to increase its durability. If required, we also offer the option of cosmetic refurbishment of the electronic control unit.
At Repturn, our aim is to solve electronic problems, rectify breakdowns and keep your farm equipment running smoothly. We understand the crucial importance of this component to your farming business, which is why we place particular emphasis on fast, reliable and efficient repair services.
How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
