What is a NOVA L radio control system from HETRONIC?
The NOVA L radio remote control developed by HETRONIC is used to control cranes/lifting equipment. The receiver, also designed by HETRONIC, plays a key role in ensuring the link between the transmitter (the radio control) and the machine, enabling commands to be executed efficiently. It has been specifically developed to meet the needs of digital and proportional applications. The system is compatible with auxiliary cranes, lifting equipment, construction equipment, public works machinery, mining equipment, professional vehicles and drilling equipment.
What are the most common faults with a HETRONIC remote control?
The HETRONIC radio control system for lifting equipment and cranes may be subject to malfunctions, such as button failure. This may be due to radio interference, loss of signal due to an obstacle or excessive range, poor pairing between devices, or a hardware fault. Button or joystick failure leads to loss of responsiveness or incorrect interpretation of commands. This can be the result of mechanical wear, electronic failure or exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as humidity or dust.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
