What is a TU30-LK electric charger?

The manufacturer’s CBE control unit takes care of the motorhome’s electrical management. It supplies 12V electricity to appliances requiring it, such as the refrigerator or TV. Often coupled with a PC110 LK-type control panel, it manages and distributes power throughout the vehicle, including battery monitoring, accessory control (lighting, water pump, etc.) and fuse protection.

Common electrical panel faults

  • Fuse holder defective or blown: the fuse holder is the element that holds the fuses in place. In the event of failure, it can cause a power cut.
  • Fridge outlet fault: the fridge outlet is the electrical circuit supplying the motorhome’s refrigerator. In the event of a fault, the refrigerator will no longer function.
  • Coupling problem: Coupling is the act of connecting two electrical circuits. A coupling problem can cause overvoltage or undervoltage.

    To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.


    Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).


    Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.


    Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
