To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to
your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem.
Our repair services are reserved for professionals.
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the shipping cost for your part is €35.50 (excluding tax) round-trip for mainland France and Corsica (€21 excluding tax for the outbound shipment and €14.50 excluding tax for the return shipment). You can also choose to arrange shipping for the part yourself or drop it off in person at our location in Couëron (44). For countries in the eurozone, excluding France, the transportation cost is €49 (excluding tax). For countries outside the eurozone, the transportation cost will be determined based on a quote.
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
