What is the role of an electric charging station?
An electric recharging wallbox is a device for recharging electric vehicles at home or in the workplace. With its adjustable power, set by an internal potentiometer, it can recharge an electric vehicle when stationary.
Common faults on a Witty Premium (XEV100) electric charging station
Like any module, the XEV100 from Hager can be subject to malfunctions or breakdowns. The most common problem we’ve seen with this model is the absence of a charge control, preventing use of the terminal.
How do I repair an XEV100 electric charging wallbox?
Having problems with your electric charging station? Entrust its repair to our team of electronics technicians. Opting for repair rather than replacement not only saves money, but also reduces environmental impact by avoiding the production of electronic waste.
Our repair services include taking direct charge of the electronic box in our workshops. Our teams diagnose your panel’s functions, repair faulty elements and provide preventive maintenance on damaged or worn components. We offer a one-year warranty on parts for caravans, motorhomes, vans and box vans.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the "Estimated service time" section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an "express lead time" option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
