What does the panel do?
The Dashboard on the ZX18 – R7K excavator ensures machine monitoring, safety and preventive maintenance. It displays operating hours to plan maintenance, the fuel gauge to manage autonomy, and indicator lights (preheating, battery, oil pressure, engine temperature) to detect anomalies. How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
