What is a Scheiber transformer?

The EMB 41.74000.00 transformer from SCHEIBER is the motorhome’s power management system. It provides 12V power for appliances such as the refrigerator and TV. A solar regulator is integrated into the EMB block. It also acts as a battery charger, compatible with gel, AGM, lithium or lead-acid batteries, and features a separator coupler. Batteries can be recharged via a mains socket, solar panels or the alternator. The control unit has a battery and tank monitoring module and safety functions (low-voltage cut-off). This transformer is compatible with several types of control panel (Navicolor, GARMIN interface). It also allows the installation of 1 or 2 IBS sensors to monitor the status of auxiliary batteries.
