What is a CB-522 battery charger?

The CB-522 battery charger from CBE meets the energy needs of motorhomes. This switch-mode charger automatically charges 12V batteries, with a charging current of up to 22 A. Its intelligent, multi-phase charging cycle guarantees reliable, prolonged power supply for your on-board equipment. It integrates perfectly into the electrical systems of motorhomes and converted vans, ensuring optimum compatibility with CBE systems.

The CB-522 model can be used for various makes of motorhome. At Repturn, we’re used to encountering electrical problems with battery chargers. The most frequent failure is: no battery charge, charger no longer works. In most cases, this is a repairable problem caused by a faulty component or a defect in the electronic circuit.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the "Estimated service time" section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an "express lead time" option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
