What are electric caravan stabilizers?

The LINAK DK6430 Nordborg cylinder (type LA35) ensures movement, precision and safety in a wide range of industrial equipment. It enables linear movements (push and pull) with high lifting force. Its electric control guarantees precise positioning and reduced manual effort. Designed to be robust and durable, it withstands demanding environments, while its integrated sensors enable position monitoring and overload detection. The Linak type LA35 actuator is used to automate a water tank flap gate (water treatment TP application). This actuator is controlled by a PLC, and the position of the limit microswitches is sent back to the PLC.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been approved by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).


Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.


Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.


Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the “Estimated service time” section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an “express lead time” option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
