We will then contact you to confirm that the part you have ordered is available, and to provide you with a quotation for approval.

At Repturn, we're convinced that giving a second life to electronic parts helps reduce the ecological impact of our appliances and equipment. Sustainability is our watchword!

That's why we now offer reconditioned parts in our workshops. These parts come from used modules, either faulty or dysfunctional, recovered from our customers. In our workshops near Nantes, we sort out which modules need to be recycled, and which ones we can recondition. Our technicians then refurbish the module's electronic components, soldering, repairing wiring harnesses, and renovating plastics, front panels, buttons, etc. The aim is to offer you a module in near-new condition!

By preparing them in our workshops, we can also offer you greater responsiveness. In fact, once your quotation has been validated, you'll receive delivery within 24 hours, directly to your premises. Our reconditioned modules come with a 12-month warranty, as do our repair services.

How does the deposit system work?

For each reconditioned part we sell, we need to recover an identical used, faulty or dysfunctional part. This ensures that we always have parts in stock for reconditioning, and that we can respond quickly to our customers' needs. This is why, for every reconditioned part purchased, we apply the deposit principle.

How does the process work in practice?

On your quotation, you will see both the price of the reconditioned exchange and the amount of a deposit. The deposit must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of your reconditioned part. When we receive it, we will credit your invoice for the deposit. When you place your order, we will send you instructions for accepting your deposit. If these instructions are not followed (for example, if we receive a broken or burnt part), we will not be able to refund the full amount of the deposit.
