How long does an electronic repair take?
On average, we repair our customers' electronic parts on our premises within 72 hours. Our repair times depend on the characteristics of your equipment and, of course, on the type of fault it encounters. You can consult the estimated repair time on the page dedicated to your part.
How much will it cost to repair my part?
It's difficult to give a price estimate until we've diagnosed your equipment. That's why we send you an estimate as soon as we receive your part in our workshop. If it's a piece of equipment we're used to repairing, we can send you an estimate following your request in your customer areaor by phone.
I can't find my material on the site. What should I do?
In our online repair catalog, we have listed the equipment we are used to seeing on a regular basis. Nevertheless, we receive new equipment references and models every day.
