What is a CBE Presto 10000 double switch?
The Presto 10000 double toggle switch developed by CBE is an essential control element for motorhomes. It enables two distinct functions to be activated: the deployment of the electric running board and the switching on of a light or water pump.
This toggle switch integrates into the standard panels of the CBE Presto range, and can be mounted in single or multiple CBE frames. It is particularly suitable for 12 V electrical installations in motorhomes, converted vans or caravans.
It is compatible with many brands of leisure vehicles, including Rapido, Carthago and Weinsberg.
What are the most common faults on a CBE Presto 10000 double switch?
It’s possible for this type of switch to malfunction after several years of use. Faults frequently include loss of contact on one of the circuits, oxidation of the connectors or internal wear of the contact blades. Some models may also show false contacts or overheating due to a short-circuit.

How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?
Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 (excl. VAT) return (€21 (excl. VAT) outward and €13 (excl. VAT) return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to our workshop in Couëron (44).
Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the faults or problems encountered. Once the part has been received in our workshops, one of our specialized electronics technicians will draw up a breakdown diagnosis and a repair plan. You will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been signed and paid for.
Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
Timescale: On average, we repair your equipment within 72 hours (from the time we receive it to the time it leaves our workshops). For a more precise estimate of your repair service, please consult the "Estimated service time" section. In the event of an emergency repair, we can offer you an "express lead time" option, so that your part can be taken care of in our workshops within 24 to 48 hours.
