What is the purpose of the PAC DCI 80CR main circuit board?

The DCI 80CR control board mounted on AIRWELL DCI series heat pump outdoor units. This inverter board is a necessary component in the optimal operation of the heating and air-conditioning system. Specially designed for AIRWELL heat pumps, this motherboard plays an essential role in controlling and regulating ventilation, ensuring optimum thermal comfort for the home.

Your electronic board may be malfunctioning. A red LED flashes on the external unit of the heat pump when the inverter card is faulty. If the heat pump stops working, there may be a problem with the power supply to the circuit board. If the motherboard is no longer powered, or is poorly powered, the PAC will stop working. To check that the module is faulty, check that the LEDs are flashing. If the FAULT LED is lit, the inverter board is faulty.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
