The SCHAUDT EBL402 electroblock is a state-of-the-art electrical management system designed for motorhomes. In addition, it serves as a versatile battery charger, supporting lead-acid, AGM and lead-gel batteries. The system also incorporates sophisticated monitoring modules for optimum battery management. What’s more, it is compatible with SCHAUDT control panels, guaranteeing perfect integration and simplified operation.

Common faults on an EBL 402 Shaudt electrical panel

The most frequent faults observed with SCHAUDT’s EBL402 often include charging problems, where the system may not charge the batteries correctly or show voltage fluctuations. In this case, the problem may be the solar regulator: the battery charge may exceed 15V, short-circuiting the battery or not charging at all. These malfunctions can lead to a failure of the power pack itself, requiring diagnosis and repair by a qualified professional.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.


Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).


Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.


Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
