SCHAUDT’s MP 20-S control panel, specially designed for DETHLEFFS motorhomes, offers advanced electrical supervision. Equipped with tank sensors for water level, a temperature probe, and integrated into a complete electrical block, it ensures precise energy management. Its compatibility with various Schaudt electroblocks guarantees optimum interconnectivity, making the MP 20-S the ideal solution for efficient, comprehensive control of the motorhome’s living space.

What are the most common control panel faults?

MP 20-S control panel malfunctions can be attributed to a variety of factors, such as internal problems with connections, electronic faults, or potential incidents due to normal wear and tear. It’s also possible to notice lights that no longer light up, making it difficult to read the information needed to keep the motorhome running smoothly.

How do I repair a control screen?

If your MP 20-S control panel has a problem, we’ve got the solution! Entrust its repair to our team of electronics technicians. By choosing to repair your part, you avoid throwing it away and buying an expensive new part, the production of which will be harmful to the environment.

Our repair services involve taking charge of your electronic box directly in our workshops. How can I have it repaired? And how much does the repair cost?

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You'll be able to make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.


Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).


Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized quotations based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.


Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.

Diagnosis of the electronic fault

When we receive your part in our workshop, it is assigned to a technician specialized in repairing models like yours. He will establish a diagnosis by checking the various functions and elements of your case: components, soldering, program (code), electronic cards, screen... Following this study, you will receive a quotation by email and on your customer account with the solution envisaged by our technician: a repair service, a reconditioned part in exchange or a diagnostic package if the part is functional.
