What is a SARGENT control panel?

The EC400/EC450 control panel from SARGENT allows you to check the power of devices in your motorhome, such as batteries, pump and water tank. It is equipped with indicator lights, which precisely show the level of these devices. It is compatible with a SARGENT EC490 control unit.

What are the most common faults encountered on EC400/EC450 control panels?

12V electrical output failure: 12V sockets may no longer deliver electricity, preventing the operation of the devices connected to them.

To have your customer's electronic box or equipment repaired, we suggest you go to your online online. You can then make a new "service request" and enter all the information about the part and its problem. Our repair services are reserved for professionals.

Transport and delivery: You have the option of using our transport service to ship the faulty part from your company. Once your request has been validated by our team, you'll receive a shipping label to stick on the box in which you've packed your part. In this case, the cost of transporting your part is €34 round trip (€21 one way and €13 return). You can also choose to ship the part yourself, or hand-deliver it to us in Couëron (44).

Repair rates: For repair services, we draw up customized estimates based on the characteristics of your part and the breakdowns or problems encountered. Once the part has been received and diagnosed in our workshops, you will receive your quotation in your customer area and by email. The service will be carried out once your quotation has been validated.

Warranty: Parts repaired in our workshops are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of repair. This means that if your equipment breaks down again or has a problem within the warranty period, we will pay for transport, any new spare parts and any other services required to keep it running smoothly.
